Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:
SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to the 48 Contiguos US States. For some products, we are able to ship to HI, AK and Canada. Please email with your product of interest and we will do our best to accomodate you.
How long does shipping take?
Most products will ship within 2-3 days. However, some products require configuration or finishing to your specificiations. This can add some time to complete your order.
Will I be charged for taxes?
Orders shipping to NY addresses will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
Most products are returnable within 10 of purchase. Items that require special or custom finishes or configurations are not returnable. Please contact us prior to ordering if you are unsure if your item is customized.
Do you refund?
Items that are acceptable for return may be subject to a restocking charge. All original packaging material must be intact and include all manuals and instructions. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
